Application

Cement Feeding Rubber Hose for spraying of cement grout at irrigation projects, buildings, sites, dams, bridges and road in hilly terrains

Construction of Cement Feeding Rubber Hose

Lining : Uniform seamless and extra thick tube of natural/synthetic/blend rubber compound of excellent abrasion resistance and free from air blisters, porosity and other defects

Reinforcement :Plies of rubber impregnated woven textiles or braided high strength natural/synthetic yarns

Cover : Suitable rubber compound with cloth marked finish, resistant to abrasion and weather.

Electrical Bonding: A strand of copper wire is embedded between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity throughout the length of the hose

Core: Black color, Synthetic and natural rubber blend resistant to abrasion

Reinforcement: High Tensile Synthetic Textile cord

Cover: Black color, Synthetic rubber resistant to ozone, weather and abrasion

Application: For Cement/ Plaster/ Sand placement in construction industry

  • Bursting Pressure: 3 times of W.P.
  • Reinforcement: 2 or 3 galvanized wire helices embedded in layers of Rubber compounds

  • Application: Suction & Discharge of Sand and Gravel, Mud Slurry, Concrete Slurry / Mining Particles etc.
